I was staying at this hotel from August 5th until August 8th. Room 227 Aliana.
On the 5th I had a meal at the hotel restaurant that I paid for. A £90 security deposit was requested at the entrance. They took the 90 pounds plus the meal worth 67.90 pounds.
I paid £157.90. I had 3 days of breakfast which I was told at reception was £16 a day.
Days 6, 7 and 8. £16 x 2 people x 3 days = £96
My bill would be £96 + £67.90= £163.90
On the 8th they took £67.90 out of my account. I paid for dinner twice when I only had one dinner.They didn't give me an invoice and I only found out about it in Portugal.I have already written 5 emails asking for the money back and they have not responded.
