Marks and Spencer - Missing refund

I made an online purchase from Marks & Spencer but I had to return 2 items, after claiming for a refund, they returned on the 5/10, €24.01 (by MBWAY) when it should have been €54.01. I submitted the complaint (initially they even said that they had refunded everything), and since then I have contacted them several times, they say they will refund the 30€ but until today (26/10) nothing, sometimes they say that in 10 days they will refund, sometimes they say that do not have a ceiling for the return.......
