I have been receiving my salary through Wise every month for over two years. Every month I transfer the amounts from Wise to my bank in Brazil, as I provide consultancy for a company in the United Kingdom.
Last month, Banco Rendimento blocked all the funds I send to my account in Brazil, and I haven’t received my salary. I have already submitted all the requested documentation, and I’ve been asking for their help through the chat, but they are not responding or releasing my funds.
