By accessing the Consumers Trust or its contents, by visiting its pages, by submitting information to this site, as a registered or non-registered user, you agree to fully comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, in part or in whole, with the terms and conditions listed, please do not use the Complaint Portal.

1 - The Consumers Trust is an online social network aimed at the public sharing of experiences of consumption and use of services and benefits of the State.

2 - Relations between private individuals are excluded from the scope of the Consumers Trust, except when the exercise of trade or professional activity through a brand, product or commercial designation is at stake and the consumer indicates the brand, product or commercial designation in question as the entity targeted by his complaint.

3 - The Consumers Trust is not a substitute for the entities responsible for the regulation and arbitration of consumption or for the defence and support to consumers, or any other public or private entity with competence to settle, manage or judge consumer conflicts.

4 - Users are solely and exclusively responsible for the content of the messages they publish in the Consumers Trust.

5 - The messages and opinions expressed by the users of the Consumers Trust only reflect their opinions and points of view, not reflecting in any way the opinion of the Consumers Trust or its owners.

6 - The identification of the entities is made according to the information provided by the complainant and through the data, brands, logotypes or symbols with which they present themselves and publicly identify themselves in the market and on the internet.

7 - The exhibition of brands, logotypes, symbols or other distinctive signs has a merely identifying character of the entities addressed by the consumers, not meaning that those entities have officially joined or participate in the Consumers Trust.

8 - The Consumers Trust does not issue any value judgement on the contents of the complaints, messages and comments inserted by the users.

9 - Without prejudice of the previous point, messages with the following contents are not allowed

  • obscene or inappropriate language
  • incitement to racial hatred and calls for violence
  • pornography and obscenities
  • insults between users;
  • xenophobic or racist comments
  • dissemination of advertising
  • sale of products or services;
  • repetition of messages by the same user;
  • unauthorized disclosure of personal or contact details
  • outside the context of the services provided by this portal;
  • repetition of complaints with the same subject.


The Consumers Trust may deny access to the platform to users who violate what is established in this section.

10 - The Consumers Trust reserves the right not to publish the complaints and comments inserted by the users, or to remove, in whole or in part, at any time, its content.

11 - The complaints and comments posted in the Consumers Trust are of public view and may be shared in the social networks that the Consumers Trust is part of, such as facebook, twitter, instagram, Linkedin and others.

12 - The acceptance of these terms and conditions does not exempt the consultation of our Privacy and Data Protection Policy, whose reading is mandatory. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Consumers Trust.


Change of the Terms and Conditions of Use

The Consumers Trust reserves the right to modify and update these terms and conditions of use at any time and without prior notice, which will be valid from the date of insertion of the modification and/or amendment. We therefore recommend that you revisit the terms and conditions of use periodically.
